Help us understand the problem
Tell us the game version, phone model, Android version, game language, what you were doing and what happened. Screenshots are optional: hide personal details and notifications before sending them. Do not clear app data or reinstall as a first troubleshooting step.
Protect your little sky
Progress is saved only on this device. Uninstalling or clearing storage can erase it permanently. Support cannot restore a lost save, and changing phones does not transfer it automatically. Turning the Season is a game mechanic, not a way to delete every saved preference or collection.
Production while you are away
Automated machines earn while you are away, up to the current limit of 8 hours per absence. Return to collect and invest in your next improvements. Keep the device clock correct; changing it is not necessary to progress. You do not need to keep the game open overnight.
Make yourself comfortable
The sound button on the main screen mutes or restores audio in one tap. Options also let you change rain ambience, volume, language and reduced motion. Accessibility offers larger text and high contrast. The pocket guide explains the factories, goals and collections.
